A Washington icon, reimagined as luxury hospitality infused office space

The Herald, Washington D.C.

Storytelling and copywriting for Washington D.C.’s first luxury hospitality-infused office property - an iconic Beaux Arts building reimagined by Marx Realty.

A place with a celebrated history, once the site of intriguing 20th century Washington politics and newspaper wars, as well as the workplace of influential figures ranging from William Randolph Hearst and Cissy Patterson to Jackie O. Today it is an exclusive, visionary office, designed by Studio architects and Avison Young.

The storytelling embodied the spirit of luxury hospitality, speaking about spaces, atmospheres, experiences in an elevated way, rather than in a corporate tone.
