The strategy and storytelling included astute placemaking, as well as paying homage to the astounding collection of artists that came together to create this masterpiece - architects, interior designers, landscape architects, and the distinguished Dorchester Collection. The task was to portray their distinct contributions, while demonstrating the uniqueness of the project as a whole.
The branding became a standard to which others aspired to. The strategic approach ensured that the penthouse designed by Elycion set the record for the most expensive residence sold in Dubai. One Palm is still one of the most iconic and recognisable projects in Dubai.
