Brand architecture and brand strategy to create NEF Reserve - an elevated sub-brand of the Turkish real estate giant NEF.

The task was to create a sub-brand that would vividly symbolize luxury and prestige, while remaining true to the DNA of its parent brand.

The brand architecture system that was created allowed NEF to elevate its brand, expand its luxury portfolio, and command a higher price point.

NEF RESERVE Kandilli, Istanbul

Brand strategy, storytelling and copywriting for a project that gave new life to an idyllic old Istanbul neighborhood.

The task was not only to position the project, but to rebrand the entire neighborhood, elevating it through placemaking. The storytelling thus emphasized the historic charm of Kandilli - and old soul, with a new heart - as well as the signature NEF lifestyle and the masterful design of distinguished architect, Emre Arolat.

NEF RESERVE Bebekoy, Istanbul

Brand strategy, storytelling and copywriting for a stunning gem, set amidst the verdant hills of exclusive Bebek, in a masterfully renovated monastery. The storytelling recounted the fascinating history of the place, the renovation and restoration through artful and respectful design, as well as the glamorous lifestyle typical of one of Istanbul’s most prestigious neighborhoods.
